Returns & Refunds

Since most of our products are custom-made, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
• Advance payment may be partially refundable after deducting design and processing charges.
• Once production has started, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in case of verified manufacturing defects.
• Minor variations in color or texture are not considered defects.
• Refund (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Replacement Policy

If there is a manufacturing defect:

• Our team will inspect the product.
• Repair or replacement will be provided where applicable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Custom-made products after production
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Damage due to misuse or improper handling
